Returns, Cancellations And Replacement Policy

Cancelling an order

We apologize but placed orders can only be cancelled by customer service and cannot be cancelled from the website.

If you need to change or cancel an order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.


If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues or an authorization was given by customer service for the product to be returned, the customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product upon our receipt of the returned product. This credit will be issued as either a refund to the card used on the order or as a store credit for use on our website.

Refunds processed to a credit card can take 1-3 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s policies regarding refunds.

Damage Replacements

If you have received damaged product, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. These investigations can take between 4-8 business days to complete and are completed to ensure that the carrier is aware of your issue and can take steps to prevent them in the future.

Defective Replacements

If your received product is defective, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Shipping Errors

All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within 48 hours, we will not be responsible for shipping errors.

Customers must have an Invoice available for verification of information on the Invoice when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders.
